WE WON Its a Knockout - St Andrews Hospice Event  -  Saturday 26th May 2012  -  Team Name   =   ad+ Dynamos

We took part in this years Its a Knockout Event again in aid of St Andrews Hospice.  We have entered a team into this event many times over the years!  It really is great fun to watch.

The event takes place in Strathclyde Country Park.  Its a really great day and we encourage all clients, family, friends, etc to come along and give us a bit of support.

Remembering - Happy Halloween 2011 !

We came to work in fancy dress to raise money for our charity of the year "Women's Aid South Lanarkshire".  We raised £67.80 buying the home baking some of our team had made - yummy!  We voted for the best dressed - The Statue of Liberty (Angela McKendrick) and Ninja Turtle (Paul Burns) won joint second place but the outright winner was Scott Coggill as Snow White - what a lovely princess he makes.  See for yourself......

   

    

   

The staff here at ad+ donate £5 each from their salary every month into our Charity Account and the firm match every £5 we donate. At ad+, we are committed to our involvement in events to help the local business community and local charitable organisations, mostly St Andrews' Hospice. Our staff have also taken part in other challenges to support this charity including cycling, hill walking, trekking in China, Peru, The Rockies, Ireland and all over Scotland.  We have a dedicated Charity Committee who meet once per month to allocate payments from our Charity Account.

Our ad+ team have raised money from public speaking, organising race nights, testimonials, football matches, gala dinners and balls, and even having their hair dyed orange! We even raised money from a silver wedding. We regularly give to charity from monies raised during our monthly dress down days and we recently took part in a go karting challenge to raise funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

ad+ events hosts regular seminars on topics to help businesses and their owners reach their full potential. 

Our seminar on last year on 29th September 2011 which was a Tax Strategies Day with speakers from different firms, was a great success.  Here are some of the photos of the speakers on the day.
